🚨 BIG NEWS: Federal Judge Ana Reyes is appointing a SPECIAL MASTER to investigate the conduct of Trump administration attorneys in the East Potomac Park golf course case.
The investigation will examine whether DOJ attorneys withheld key details from a court declaration and misrepresented the administration’s plans to renovate the golf course.
The judge is launching a formal inquiry into whether Trump administration lawyers misled the court.
The investigation is expected to begin within days, per Scott MacFarlane.
