Hi @HMRCcustomers I’ve been waiting for a response to a claim/query sent in January. I phoned a 3 weeks ago and was told it would be escalated and I should get a response within 10 working days.

Hey @ScotRail, Glasgow Central men’s toilets are a disgrace. Fairly clean but of the 5 stalls, 2 are out of order, the third, the lock doesn’t work, the 4th the toilet seat is broken and the 5th is full of rubbish. Come on now….
