Last week we looked into headless Contentful together with Ninetailed personalization at the 'Edge'. The way it is designed and how it integrates with Contentful's workflow is just beautiful, but the performance could be a little better.

The sentence 'Support for serverless SSR' got me confused. How does one support Server-side-rendering without a server? v3.nuxtjs.org/guide/deployme…
More and more happens at the 'edge' these days. Seems really useful to deliver a more personalised experience to the users when using a headless CMS for example. netlify.com/blog/announcing-…
Excellent article about the performance of different SVG techniques🙌.

Here @dknippers is shining with a smooth live demo about Perplex.ContentBlocks (ánd how you can create your own editor) at @DUUGNL🔥.
Really excited for my first talk as a speaker today for @DUUGNL together with @dknippers. Because (covid-wise) we couldn't be at the main studio, we quickly created this livestream studio at Perplex HQ!

I’m ready for #df21! Although it’s online again :(
Excited to see my colleagues @bramdo_ & @dknippers for the first time on a conference stage! At 11:30 they will speak about ‘building Perplex.ContentBlocks’!
At Perplex, we have standardised the use SVG sprites for icons (<symbol> within one large SVG and <use> element to place them). But maintaining one SVG sprite file can become a challange in large projects with many collaborators.
Any thoughts?

VS Code in the browser seems to dominate all the other editors since it's used by Github, CodeSandbox and Stackblitz.
I'm amazed by the performance and the option to run local projects in it, that works really well.

It's great to see that all major browsers are supporting gap property for #flexbox at the moment🎉.
Any thoughts on implementing fallbacks or should we just be okay that the layout breaks in unsupported browsers?
Just tested out @umbraco's #UmbracoUI package, got it setup and working in 5 minutes. Works like a charm. Great job @madsrasmussen and team!
I'm really inspired by the talk of @GHengeveld at @DIJ_digital yesterday. Interaction testing in Storybook seems VERY powerfull is definately something that would improve our workflow.
Interesting read about a tool called Astro that lets developers write component-based code (in React or Vue), but renders the components server-side: vuejsdevelopers.com/2021/10/…
Storybook keeps popping up more and more these days. Nice to see the Umbraco UI library using Storybook (and being publicly hosted)! uui.umbraco.com/
It sure was a fun challenge to create!
Some background: its just a linear-gradient with CSS vars to control where every color starts. By combining opacity ánd mix-blend-mode on the gradient we also keep the site readable to the user✨.
My first example: codepen.io/bramdo/pen/XWRGPx…
Look at that! In the uMarketingSuite 1.13 you get scroll heatmap analytics in your #Umbraco environment. No-coding required, only privacy friendly cookies, and you are the owner of this data! 😍
Waiting for the release of Nuxt 3.
In the past couple of months I fell in love with Vite which will be auto-supported by Nuxt 3.

make taps 300ms faster with 1 line of CSS:
```#css
touch-action: manipulation;
```
means:
element doesn't want double-tap to zoom
result:
browser *immediately* responds to taps instead of waiting 300ms for a "potential" 2nd tap 🤓
