I was left in Mexico because @Delta told me my flight was delayed to 9:15PM. I confirmed it TWICE. I showed up at 7:30PM—and it had already left. No correction. No apology. Just 5,000 miles like my time, money, and safety mean nothing. This is negligence. #DeltaFail
