It’s crazy. @googlenest just avoids providing real support just hoping we will go away and give up. But I’m not flushing 100s of dollars down the drain on products that they should be much better at providing support, repairs and replacement on for defective merchandise.
I’m surprised that @googlenest makes it so difficult to provide support. Purchased @googlenest #smokedetector and “failed” over the weekend and now I have no way to get support on a new product? #fail
Just sat on hold for over an hour for @CB2 cause they said I needed to call and schedule a delivery... every other retailer seems to know how to make a delivery without unnecessary steps. Maybe they can call me back when they have time.
No clue why I would ever order a book through @HarperCollins - worst #customerservice and shipping. Next time I’ll stick to @amazon
