is it normal to be visibly losing fat but not weight? the scale is not moving but my measurements are going down

I have no energy and I’m cold all the time oh no what could this ever possibly be a result of

mutuals I need your help :( how do you guys stay warm? with fall coming up I am so so cold all the time even with layers on!

In other news it turns out I’m not 5’3 I’m 5’4 so new BMI ‼️‼️‼️ this is the best news I could have gotten

My dress from fifth grade continuation is too big on me at 21 and there’s a sadness creeping through the euphoria of the situation

I gained 3lb of probably water weight but I feel like such a fraud in my ed I legit feel bad even scrolling on edtwt until I lose the weight again 😭

After the club my best friend forced me to eat something before she called my uber home
