Epoch 4 done and dusted ✅
Capacity vaults also finally live on testnet!
Great week 🛡️

Epoch 4 of Phase 2 Testnet is on the board ✅
• 8K+ new DAU on Arbitrum Sepolia
The week covered all five pools, USDZ routes traced from swap to settlement on Arbiscan, and how reserves shape what a pool can take.
I’d build a simple wallet that lets people switch to quantum-safe accounts later without losing access to their old Ethereum tools today.

🔐 Orbinum's Private Vault no longer uses EIP-712. EVM wallets now always unlock it with Sign-In With Ethereum (SIWE).
The sign-in is bound to app.orbinum.network: your wallet shows exactly which site is asking, and flags any other site that requests the same signature.
One signature. One site. Your whole private identity.

Capacity Vaults are open. Here is what that door actually is.
Capacity Vaults went live today on Arbitrum Sepolia. You can deposit a stablecoin, extend that coin’s pool capacity, and test a fixed reward in USDZ.
Five vaults are open: T, C, S, G, and P. That maps to the pools. T is USDT0. C is USDC. S is USDS. G is USDG. P is PYUSD.
A vault is not a pool. Do not mix them.
A pool is where you deposit and get LP tokens. Your money sits in the pool. You earn a share of the trading fees. That money is what a swap trades against.
A vault is a different door. You deposit a stablecoin. That deposit mints USDZ. The USDZ stays in the vault as your principal. It does not go back to your wallet. When you leave, the vault redeems that principal back into the same coin you put in.
You do not get LP tokens. You do not get a cut of the pool. You get a fixed reward in USDZ for the test. The point of the deposit is capacity. A flat pool does not rebalance itself. It needs room so a swap can stay 1:1. Your deposit extends that room for the coin you put in.
One more mix-up to avoid. The swap page shows a number called zero-slippage capacity. That is how big a trade can be before the 1:1 rate stops. It is not a vault. Same word, different thing.
What to do if you are testing:
1. Be on Arbitrum Sepolia.
2. Open the vaults page.
3. Pick the vault that matches the coin you want to support.
4. Deposit. Note what you put in.
5. Check that the principal is recorded in USDZ, not sent back to your wallet.
6. Later, try a withdraw. It should come back as the same coin.
7. Look for the fixed USDZ reward and write down if it matches what the page said.
Write the three things that matter. What you meant. What you signed. What landed. If those three match, the vault did its job. If they do not, that is the note.
They are live for testing. That is the invitation. Not a speech. A door.

🔐 On Orbinum, one signature is your whole private identity.
EVM wallets are moving to Sign-In With Ethereum. Picking a wallet for the Shielded Pool? Choose a signature bound to the app's origin, one that refuses fake sites.
Safest today: a Substrate (sr25519) account in @wearetalisman or @subwalletapp.

⚙️ Runtime Upgrade: Spec 20 is live on Orbinum Testnet (runtime 0.6.0).
Solana wallets now work on Orbinum. Every wallet signature is readable and harder to forge, the EVM gets a round of upgrades, and fees are fairer.
What's new, one by one 🧵👇

Ethereum has to carefully upgrade a huge live network with millions of accounts, wallets, and tools. That takes years of coordination and hard forks because you can’t break what already exists.
QMS starts fresh. The two layers it builds itself are already quantum-safe from day one: block production uses no public-key signatures at all, and finality uses post-quantum signatures right away. Execution stays Ethereum-compatible so normal wallets and tools work immediately, and account upgrades can happen later on a much smaller base.
Starting from zero means QMS doesn’t inherit the long, expensive migration Ethereum has to do.

Swapping USDC for USDfr on Uniswap? Check the price before you confirm.
• Open the USDfr/USDC pool on Uniswap.
• Enter your USDC amount and review the quote.
• Check slippage, then confirm the swap in your wallet.
USDfr can trade above or below $1 on Uniswap. Unlike minting, a swap happens at the market price.
You’ll need ETH for gas on Ethereum mainnet.

Slippage is the cost of asking the market a question, and stablecoins have mostly answered it already 👇
A Capacity Vault is not a pool. Do not mix the two.
A liquidity pool is where you deposit coins and get LP tokens. You earn a share of the trading fees. Your money sits in the pool and helps the swaps.
A Capacity Vault is a different door. An approved provider deposits a stablecoin. That deposit mints USDZ. The USDZ stays in the vault as your principal. It does not go back to your wallet. When you leave, the vault redeems that principal back into the same coin you put in.
You do not get LP tokens. You do not get a cut of the pool. You get rewards in USDZ, paid from protocol revenue. That revenue comes from mint and redeem fees, the protocol’s share of trading fees, and integration fees. The reward pot for each vault is set before the epoch starts. It stays fixed for that epoch.
One more mix-up to avoid. The app shows a number called zero-slippage capacity. That is how big a swap can be before the 1:1 rate stops. It is not a vault. It is not something you deposit into. Same word, different thing.
Who can use it: an approved wallet, and only when the deposit window is open. New deposits wait until the epoch starts, then they count. Your principal stays active across epochs until you pull it. Rewards can be claimed on their own, in USDZ.
Why it exists: the pools need room so a swap can stay 1:1. Vaults are a way for approved providers to put collateral in and earn for supporting that room, without becoming an LP.
They are not live for open use yet. When they are, the rule is simple. Pool if you want fees from swaps. Vault if you are approved and you want USDZ rewards on a deposit. @StabilizerFi #StabilizerFi #Phase2 #Stablecoins
