Canada is now getting a taste of the EU’s Balkan treatment, first the promise of a special status, then watered-down language, and finally an endless waiting room. Welcome to the club, Canada!
🚨 BREAKING: EU countries have dropped the idea of offering Canada "associate member" status in the 27-member bloc, opting instead for softer language promising "ever closer association," according to a draft statement, seen by POLITICO.

Carney's "Ethics Screen" is a TOTAL SHAM.
Ethics Commissioner admits he has ZERO oversight over the Screen.
ONLY Carney's top advisors "decide" IN SECRET if Carney has a conflict of interest.
The Commissioner is totally IN THE DARK.
And we're told to "just trust" Team Carney.
Just Trust Carney's Ethics Screen

Mark Carney claims Canada's partnership with the EU is about protecting our sovereignty, EU's President Ursula von der Leyen just spelled out the the COMPLETE OPPOSITE:
> Policy alignment; from AI to energy, climate and security.
> Governance; more work shared by the European Commission and the Canadian government. Parliament-to-parliament between our two parliaments, and court-to-court.
> Aligning programs.
Why would Canada be subject to policy and governance with a government and jurisdiction it has not democratic participation in?
Why would we align policy with one of the most red taped places on earth that doesn't innovate and destroyed it's energy capacity for the green agenda and virtue signaling??

ELON MUSK: "You should be able to have a Starlink, like you have an AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon or whatever, you could have an account with Starlink that works with your Starlink antenna at home with free Wi-Fi as well as on your phone. We're not going to put the other carriers out of business. They're still going to be around because they own a lot of spectrum.
It will allow SpaceX to deliver high bandwidth connectivity directly from the satellites to the phones, but there are hardware changes that need to happen in the phone. You should be able to watch videos anywhere on your phone."

🚨This morning the House of Commons resumes debate on Bill C-34, the Safe Social Media Act.
The Bill would require age checks for Canadians to use social media and give Ottawa broad, vaguely defined powers over what we see and say online. The Justice Centre opposes it.
We'll be live-tweeting the debate. 🧵

Canada’s sovereignty being handed over to the EU in a single 2 minute clip.
Policies being made with the EU?
Parliament to Parliament ties?
Court to court integration?
Mark Carney either has to bring this to the people to vote on or resign.
I am a North American, I’m not a European and I want absolutely nothing to do with this globalist takeover of our Country.

Surprise! Von der Leyen just let Canadians know that we are set to join the EU’s EuroHPC supercomputer network (€8.2B budget: 14 supercomputers, 19 AI factories, 10 quantum systems, plus planned AI gigafactories)
Von der Leyen: “Canada joining enables Canadian industry, startups and researchers to access European supercomputing. Paired with Canada’s pioneering AI industry, this would allow us to develop highly competitive, innovative and safe AI systems.”
Shouldn’t there be some kind of national conversation? What does this mean for Canadian AI sovereignty and data control? Is this the right way to reduce reliance on U.S. compute—or does it just swap one dependency for another? Who benefits most: Canadian researchers, startups, or larger players? What safeguards, reciprocity, and long-term costs come with it?
Another Carney steamroll. No pushback
