"COME TALK TO ME WHEN YOU HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE".
I've heard this comment my entire life. Here are my favourite comebacks: (....)
1/ How do I get more experience if I don't have the opportunity? (....)
2/ What I lack in experience I more than make up for in passion and the willingness to learn.
My advice, keep plugging away, keep finding new ways to get that 'experience'. If someone doesn't want you now, that's their loss. Don't give it a second thought. Just keep doing you.
What advice would you give to someone who was told 'they need more experience'?

SURGERY UPDATE - Have you ever had chronic pain affect your entire life?
My family, my business, my decision-making, and even my thoughts were blinded by pain day and night... [cont'd]
Whether it was bringing me food, coming over to keep me company or reaching out to check up on me: that's what got me through the dark days.
I am so thankful for the amazing surgical team that took care of me and is still helping me through my recovery.
I finally feel like my old self. And the biggest thank you goes out to my wife, Marina, who was and is my rock.
Not sure I could have done it without everyone. Happy I am back. :)
