Sharing a trailer for our new podcast series! A thriller about CIA agents in Havana and something that may….or may not….have happened to them there. It takes in politics, history, weapons... but really it comes down to ‘Adam’, aka Patient 0. Can you trust him?

I’ve followed various coverage of Havana Syndrome over the years; still interesting to hear what @jenniferpforde and @bungey uncovered in their podcast ‘Havana Helmet Club’ (and I loved ‘West Cork’ from a few years ago). bbc.com/programmes/p0lgrwds
Apple has chosen West Cork as a 'series essential', which are their picks of 'the best serialized stories of all time across genres'. Which is pretty nice of them.

Here's a beautiful story of an Irish postman called Mike Sheehan, who cycled up to 30 miles a day for 42 years delivering post around Goleen in West Cork. While other postmen opted for cars and motorbikes because of the steep mountainous terrain, Mike never changed. His son Vincent at the end is lovely. 🇮🇪
A report of mine from 2019!
