I reckon Act iii is coming in Q4 and she’ll tour next Summer. All the other hugely anticipated albums of the year have been. It’s an easy win.

I personally think it’s good they’re trying something new with Oxford Street, it was in dire need of something/anything to help revive it. I will say though, it could really benefit from a tram in the middle and some more cafes and restaurants now that al fresco will be an option
