Well tomorrow is F2FHalifax (on Halloween, yet another holiday) and prizing is $300 for the WHOLE top 8, or $600 if its 33+ ...can we please go back to $40-$50 entry and real prizing? My LGS runs higher prestige tournaments and @FaceToFaceGames is the biggest store in Canada 😔

I feel like a big part of the issue with this is that Wizards spent many years training players to care about every set and card before moving into the "this product is not for you" era and trying to teach everyone the opposite.

My advice to Riot for upcoming RCs to protect competitive integrity: • No IDs. • No asking opponents to concede matches. • Every match concession reported to a judge and documented. • A dedicated judge team monitoring Best-of contenders, including Day 2 qualification matches

One of the worst tournament experiences and worst opponents ive ever had the mispleasure of playing against at RC Ottawa. I knew going into the round that this opponent might be volatile because he did the same thing he did to me to @Sebastian_4_ at the end of day one. 1/x

Cheating. I have never once in my life playing magic been accused of playing dishonestly and the confrontation completely threw me off. I had to be hyper vigilant of where this guy was for the remaining 2 rounds and just completely ruined my tournament. Really shitty way to 7/x

End the tournament when i was still x-4 and maybe could have been live for prizing and just played the worst ive ever played after that. Luckily my friends are the best ever and my trip and tournament was still fun outside of this round. Anyway thats my RC Ottawa thread
