@c2c_Rail The new ticket machines take at least twice as long to get a ticket. How is this progress? When you start cutting back on staff in the ticket offices the queues are going to be horrendous! @c2c_Fails

🚧 Due to a crumbly old bridge - which is in no way a metaphor for @c2c_Rail's services - the line is blocked. So that means delays, cancellations and anything else they can get away with at random.
