What a poor show by @Lionesses this morning! Those fans just wanted a chance to say thanks and celebrate the success that they had. Costs for fuel, airport parking, flags etc. Bad decision by someone!!
Disgraceful. England fans waited at Heathrow to greet @Lionesses home, they had bought flags, banners, and got up stupidly early and travelled to show appreciation to their heroes.
Instead, the squad slipped out via a private exit.
Shame on them.

Lucy Letby refusing to come into court to hear all the verdicts. She should be compelled to sit in front of everybody in that court now and during the sentencing. She should not be allowed to skulk away from the enormity of her appalling actions. Drag her into court if needed.
#WWC2023 UK I've watched it all from hospital but now I'm home it's not any better. Both the BBC and ITV commentary is as dull as dishwater!! No atmosphere, little insight and nothing to lift it. Doesn't help that #SweUSA is a terrible match either mind you! #WorldCup2023

Cow farms are bad for the atmosphere, but it's OK 42 million tyres burning in Kuwait is fine

Oh look. Police drone caught a suspected arsonist in Calabria, southern Italy, during the widespread wildfires in Sicily and Sardinia. This is unstoppable global arson.
I cant get my head around this!! Can anyone make sense of it as it makes fornangry reading without knowing any context? #UkGov nitter.gq/PolitlcsUK/status/1683…

This account is devastating. We urgently need a comprehensive recovery plan for Glasgow. 👇🏻
@jet2tweets I recently gave you a glowing review followed a trip to Cyprus in May. Today, I've not long checked in at Rome FCO Airport and you have 5 UK flights, all scheduled within 25 mins of each other!! 🧵 1/2
@jet2tweets ALL trying to check in at desks 224! Utter chaos and a queue the length of the airport! How can you possibly justify this? There were families with young kids really struggling with all their luggage etc. Elderly and infirm having to stand! Poor, poor show 😔 #flight
We are in Italy just now, in Livorno, not all that far away from Rome. Its 34C here and 34C in Rome. Despite this, we have @SkyNews reports of record heat waves, scorched earth weather maps and warnings of curfews!! They've quoted the Italian Health minister today saying Rome 1/2
Was 43C today which it absolutely wasn't! "Italy's health minister Orazio Schillaci warmed tourists against visiting the Colosseum as 43C heat scorched Rome today, Il Messaggero newspaper reported"
What is going on here, why are they lying? I genuinely want to know #Climate
