🚨 TRADER CLAIM | NYS MARKETS BREACHES ANOTHER $10K LIVE ACCOUNT OVER NEWS TRADING!
Another trader @c_don03 has come forward claiming that @NYSMarkets breached their $10,000 Live Funded Account due to trading during the U.S. Congressional Elections news event.
According to the trader, NYS Markets justified the breach by stating that the U.S. elections had a higher market impact and were therefore subject to news-trading restrictions.
However, the trader raises an important concern: Forex Factory listed the Congressional Elections as an All Day event without specifying an exact release time.
This raises serious questions about how traders are expected to identify and follow restrictions when no specific event timestamp is provided.
Key concerns:
- No specific release time was displayed on Forex Factory.
- The firm allegedly applied additional news-trading restrictions.
- Traders claim the applicable restriction window was not clearly communicated in advance.
- Another $10K Live Funded Account has reportedly been breached.
NYS MARKETS MUST PROVIDE CLARITY.
Traders deserve transparent news-trading policies, clearly communicated restriction windows, and fair account reviews.
How can traders be expected to comply with rules that they cannot clearly identify?
Please help. I am not an influencer, but two of my accounts have been breached for allegedly trading the news. However, there was no specific time listed for the Congressional Elections—how can a 20-minute rule apply without a specific time?

This is exactly what the northerners expected from Rarara but he chooses to go against the masses.
Very soon this guy will bury Rarara across the north InshaAllah.
