Something I struggle with as a coach: I sometimes let the 5% of guys who aren’t “bought in” (miss weights, grades, attitude issues) dominate my attention WAY more than the 95% of our young men who ARE doing all the right things! Focus on the positive 👍

Millennial walks in for an interview today. He says "Hey bud it ok if I take off 50 days this year to protest stuff?" I said, "ah no..." He responds "hey dude, you're infringing on my rights to free speech. Me and my squad will ruin you on social media!" #ugh #sorryforoffending

Watched a kid wheel his hockey bag into the arena today instead of carry it. Dad carried his sticks behind him. What's next, skates that tie up themselves and skate for you? #yikes #timeshavechanged #millenials #hockey #sorryforoffending

Told a high school kid he was acting inappropriate on the bus today because he was chucking out f bombs in front of old ladies. His parents yelled at me for 20 minutes for hurting his feelings and imposing on his free speech. #fml #parenting #goodparents? #sorryforoffending
