3/3 STOP this. We've made @apple the most valuable company on the🌍I've been treading easy thinking Apple will replace defective🔋after the store reopens, but now I get a sense - they are walking away from the top quality guarantee-which is sad. Help me get a new replacement.

@AppleSupport My iphone 11’s BATTERY HEALTH is at 92%. I just bought it in December 2019 And noticed something’s wrong with the battery-defective PCs & I’d like it to be replaced free of charge and this is the second time I am reached out to @Apple see the screen shot 1/2
@Apple @AppleSupport @tim_cook My situation has not been resolved and I can understand and appreciate that Apple is not in a position to change my battery due to the pandemic. Kindly resolve the problem once your stores are open.Please instruct your store to change the battery.
All 3 replacement parts ( left and right AirPod pro alongwith it’s charging case) returned to Apple using fedex shipping labels provided by @Apple @AppleSupport @iGrowCash
