The Cartoon and Animated Media Explainer, or CAM-Explainer for short, is one such unit, constructed by Shipping Supervisor and R&D Scientist Professor Hubert j. Farnsworth. He has been programmed with nigh-limitless knowledge on all things related to the animation medium, whether it be the twelve principles of animation, animation history, or trivia related to popular animated shows and movies (except anime, it's forbidden). CAM-Explainer currently works down in the Haltmann Media Archive, where he has very few duties and as such gets to do almost nothing but watch cartoons and browse TVTropes all day.
