iPad Air 1 (J72/A7) now RAM-boots Linux and shows the Omarchy A desktop. Home opens the menu. Native touch is stuck: the controller accepts wake/HBPP and a 57,016-byte firmware transfer, but replies 0x4cb1 instead of the required 0x4bc1 ACK. If you have any ideas let me know

iPad Air 1 Linux update: the touch controller now replies over SPI. Our 80-byte, 16.4 KB, and full firmware packets produced three distinct responses, but none got the required acceptance ACK. Next: test a wake step found in iOS. Everything is RAM-only; iOS remains intact.
