Im going to be canceling my @united club membership and I recommend others do the same. They cause us immense travel delays for our one very short vacation and couldn't even get us to our destination. We lost a whole day we were charged at a very expensive hotel we had to spend and book our own flights once they stranded us in Madrid and they are compensating us for less than half of the cost of our flights to get to Madrid.
Truly god awful customer service. I have the highest level Club membership and we were still treated like chattel.
💯 agree with Rep Harris, let's age gate hemp products and regulate them!
There should be no debate about this: intoxicating THC products should not be sold to children.
Anyone buying these products should know exactly what they are and exactly how much THC they contain.
Right now, it’s the Wild West. That’s dangerous — especially for our kids and young adults — and Congress must act now to change this.
Why for the love of god would anyone use @XMoney when accounts are constantly stolen and hacked?
There is clearly a massive account stealing operation happening on @X, when the fuck sre they going to do something about it?
Damn they got them too. My account got got, I hope this wasn't spam from mine.
If you receive a DM from my normal account @feelgoodbevsguy or @txcannaco DO NOT OPEN IT
I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to myself for taking the bold leap into cryptocurrency trading, and offer my sincere gratitude to my coach, @michthegod_ for guiding me every step of the way. 💯 In just two hours, I turned an $800 investment into a $20,000 profit. Quite remarkable, really! 🤩📈
I agree with this take 10000%
actually its not cool to dose anyone without their knowledge or consent and probably illegal. Dont do this
Again i think the obvious lie about cannabis for so many decades was a huge base of the pyramid for the eventual huge level of social mistrust we have risen to.
All scale is distribution. Netflix is a great business because it BECAME distribution. If you can disrupt how distribution happens you have a rocketship.
man clearly doesnt have kids.
working weekends religiously isnt investing in mental health. Working weekends should be reserved for when it is necessary. People function worse without breaks.
Manage your time and hire a good team to which you can delegate
the two biggest unlocks for me as a founder:
1/ working weekends
2/ investing in mental health
early on, I would go to bed with a to-do list of things to work on the following day
but by the next morning: something broke, someone needs something from me, there’s an escalated customer in my inbox, there are people issues to resolve… and suddenly I have 3 extra meetings on my calendar
by that night, not a single thing from my list got done
now repeat that every single day. that’s life as a startup founder… and it used to drive me mad
but I’ve come around to learn that that is the job: solving problems, removing blockers, and making difficult decisions
I started to religiously work every weekend — that’s where I do my deep work. it’s the only way I can be more present during the weeks without feeling like I’m drowning
I’ve matured a ton as a founder. I feel much more grounded today in what I can and cannot control
I’ve also invested a ton in improving my mental health:
> meditate every morning
> 7+ hours of sleep
> no phone in the morning
> cut coffee cold turkey
> read an hour before bed
> surf, yoga, breathwork, nature
recently, when people ask how work is going, I tell them:
I'm working more, and harder, than I ever have. But I feel less stressed and more in control than ever before
This is why we should elect Julian Cyr as governor #MakeMAfunagain
Replying to @TPCarney
Already illegal in Mass but also the exception that proves the rule: States ban happy hour because they don’t want a market that efficiently maximizes alcohol sales
This is bait for cpg Twitter right
I continue to believe there’s a massive business opportunity in the CPG space by making “healthier” versions of foods and drinks people already love.
Take the seed oils and chemical preservatives out, replace them with cleaner ingredients, slap some good branding on it, partner with some influencers, and charge a premium.
You don’t even have to invent anything new. Millennials and Gen Xers grew up eating all of this ultraprocessed slop while every subsequent generation seems more conscious around food science and what they put in their body.
Just go down the list of Kraft Heinz and PepsiCo brands and start picking them off.
