𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘: the registration form will be released sometime next week. we’re just finalizing a few details before making it available.
𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗦: for the safety of all minor attendees, we strictly require them to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event. please be reminded that minors will NOT be allowed to attend on their own. both the minor attendee and their accompanying parent/guardian must secure their own slots to enter the venue. we kindly ask for everyone’s understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠: regarding the LS, we are still working on the arrangements for it since our priority for now is the registration of onsite attendees. but rest assured that we are already working on it as well. however, please understand that CKO has no extra funds allocated to cover its expenses. with this, if ever na matuloy ang LS, it will most likely be a PAID LS, UNLESS someone is willing to sponsor it.
𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: for those who sent NGL entries regarding donations and sponsorships, thank you so much for your willingness to support our event! for those who wish to donate, sponsor a cake or booth, you are more than welcome to reach out to us! feel free to send us a DM here at CapKrys Official or directly message @staryushiee. any form of support would be greatly appreciated.

𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧: no pbb hms or other guests will be invited. we want to keep this celebration FOCUSED ON CAPKRYS, as this event is specifically dedicated to celebrating our anniversary with them.
𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘: rest assured that we are also preparing an organized entry system for everyone. we will have assigned CKO internals stationed at the entrance to manage and monitor the attendees. this is to ensure that only those who have successfully secured their slots will be allowed to enter, while keeping the registration and entry process smooth and organized.
𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧-𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚: we will have a designated area for gifts. assigned internals will be stationed at the entrance to receive and organize your gifts before the event starts. this means attendees will no longer personally hand their gifts to CK. with this, we kindly ask everyone to put their names or indicate who the gifts are from so CapKrys will know who gave each gift.
