🗣College Basketball Coaches: Please do me a big favor and pass this along to the softball coach at your school. @LillieMetre is a player they should have their eye on! HS team didn’t get to play this spring but she’s been working every day & is killin it this summer. Tough kid!

Players: Coaches know you aren’t all in when you: Act like you’re “above” others Make excuses Don’t listen with ears & eyes Shut down when coached Don’t communicate Think rules don’t apply to you Don’t do extra work Pout when subbed/benched Don’t support teammates Play for “me”

Players: You want to instantly be tougher? Keep your mouth closed when being coached. Be able to take correction without needing to talk back or give excuses & change your body language. You must work at it. This is a mental toughness skill & it takes deliberate practice daily.
