Grateful for the opportunity to compete at @IHSA_IL XC State Championship. This was only my 3rd race of the year, so I had very little runway before this race. Very happy at the result. Congrats to Cuyler on a great race. @ILXCTF @IllinoisRunNews
Thank you to @UNCTrack_Field and Coach Hasty for the phone call last night. Very interested in what Chapel Hill has to offer.
After a great conversation with Coach Simoneau, I am grateful for the opportunity that Michigan State has. Look forward to learning more and coming to a football game this Fall.

Going to miss not running at @IHSA_IL state series this weekend. Last time I felt good was this workout in Bozeman albeit on a broken foot 🦶
Good luck to all the competitors this weekend.
Go out and do your best and let chips fall where they may.

Heartbroken.
A stress fracture in my heel has ended my sophomore season.
I will come back 💯 x faster this Fall. I wish everybody well the rest of this year.
My only regret is not being able to accomplish my goals.
Load junior year!!!

Breaking news: Kaneland district #302 will have a non-attendance day for all staff and students due to the historic boys varsity basketball season (35-0) and their advancement to the IHSA State Finals. This day will be made up in late-May.
Really happy for my friend @_drewberoset_
He went 8:46 for the full two miles at The Chicago Circuit and dropped the US #1 time in high school this year.

Just watched these two dudes go US #1 & #2 in the 600m. @OwenHoreni & @CalebWinders just went off running 1:17 and 1:18 respectively.
