Ahhh yes! The cryptobros who told me that crypto was unhackable! Hey guys, how about Binance? Or were you meaning your favourite Doge Coin or whatever. The thing is if it is digital, it IS hackable. You can cite millions to one odds, but then sit back and watch it happen. Humility

Throwing a tantrum because Norway's Nobel Prize Committee has not given you a medal should be reserved for me! Where's MY Economics Prize? I might have to visit Norway many more times over years so that they get to know me and come to like me enough to include me on the ballot...

RIP Walter Koenig - Chekov – a brave TV role to play a Russian even in a space future show like Star Trek during the Cold War. He did a great job humanising "the enemy" and making them a friend at that time.

France has spilled over into near civil war, but Macron is suggesting that these are largely peaceful protests requiring being put down by water cannons. It's so internally divided I don't see how it could be set to peace. So many Churches burned... It's not like they or even the

Once again France demonstrates how rent-a-mob takes over a quiet protest. I feel so badly for the students who wanted classrooms with proper teachers. Rooms that didn't leak. Then in come the agitators and the whole of Paris is on fire, again. Marine le Pen will get in next time.

3/destruction on the scale of Paris. Imagine on top of that how much tourism money it's losing - it would be like losing because people are not keen to enter what now behaves like a war zone! Those poor shopkeepers getting broken into and robbed by mobs. If that happened here

I remember David Jones as being one of the first IPO's without a stag. The guy I shared my office with was utterly brilliant at finance and finishing his masters. He'd run the numbers and there should have been a "bounce" when David Jones hit the ASX. Now DJ's has lost nearly

For the Americans wondering how a State can screw up killing a person with chemicals - why don't they ask Canada who will kill people who are physically healthy, not criminals but who are suffering, eg from depression (instead of going to the expense of treating them). They seem

I've just seen what an ALARMING number of "people" on X are actually bots! That's astonishingly creepy. I click on a bio and its a string of data and numbers with no followers and no posts. I guess that Elon keeps cleaning them out and they're like a hydra, cut off one head and

2/ there's an alarming multiplier effect. People ask "why don't you just post all in one big link. Well, partly because if I change how I did that, or altered the "voice" of my posts, how would a reader know it is actually me? On Facebook my friends know the fake accounts that
