Nonprofits, be careful with @GustoHQ. They held our funds for 4+ years and remitted to the IRS late. Their tax resolution team promised answers in 15 business days. That was weeks ago. Silence. We paid Gusto. We paid the IRS. We paid the penalties.
The data speaks. @AmericanAir ranked last in 2025 for reliability, complaints, and delays.

I think @AmericanAir is worst than traveling budget airlines. Why? They literally charge a premium for service they never provide.
I think we have to deal with monopolies in America. These airlines answer to known but themselves. Customer service isn’t even a thing….
Only @AmericanAir could put you on a 3hr flight and forget catering. Then have you wait for luggage as long as a flight. They consistently do not perform or even try.
