on one hand win always wants to see nameless' pretty eyes but on the other hand what if this is the phase before they know about the immunity and nameless is thinking "if he stays asleep his eyes will be closed so it's okay"

genuinely feel so bad for everyone that doesn't follow me and oomfs because they're missing out on winless gold

win wearing a blindfold the first time he fucks nameless because he doesn't know that nameless is immune to his eyes yet. just lays back, hand cuffed above his head and lets nameless ride.

the other 3 angel brothers having some degree of willingness to sacrifice their lovers to get rid of their curses while win alone chooses to stay cursed by nameless' side and maybe fight to stop them. different layers of betrayal between lovers and family. give it to me now.

anyway that's the last i'll say about it. let's talk about win's stroke game instead because i have some thoughts.

i actually don't have an issue with the plot of IWTHYH as a queer love story and a platonic friendship co-occurring. i DO have an issue with the concept of bromance pairs who explicitly take friendship roles like this and tease the possibility of romance when there is none.

using this story to launch yet another pair of actors who will happily take queer money without the willingness to play queer roles is gross af. that's not a criticism of IWTHYH's plot. it's a criticism of the intentions behind the casting and the way the cast is being marketed.

this isn't "we cast two random unconnected actors as these platonic friends." this is "we have spent months building a couple brand around these two actors and now we are casting them as these platonic friends." it's fucking insidious.
