This is me touching heroin cut with acetyl fentanyl and carfentanil. I was not happy with the video capture of the fentanyl test so I blew up a screen shot showing one line which confirms there was fentanyl. I’ll tweet that picture next.
HHS is asking for public input on the future of addiction policy. Harm reduction needs to be in the record.
