First day in SF vlog is out :)
Show some love! Excited for the upcoming ones, that are def much better (editor already working in the second one)
Let's go! 🙏🏻🫡

Let's wait for the first review to be done this Friday.
Almost 1k views in 48h, I must be doing something in the right way...
Execute
Iterate
Learn
Repeat 🔂
Move and things gonna happen.
I have automate how I iterate on YouTube Shorts (Claude + Zernio).
Every day at 10:35am, an agent checks every Short that's 72h old:
→ 300+ views: leave it alone
→ Under 300: rewrite the title + hashtags with a new hook
→ Hooks rotate: opinion → hard data → question → Max 2 rewrites.
Still flat? Closed, and the lesson feeds the next ones
New uploads join the loop automatically.
Title edits go through @zernio's API, and the description stays untouched.
It only pings me when something changes.

Just reviewed titles and hashtags from these clips and decided to edit couple of them.
Result: one short just mad 50 views in the last 5 minutes.
YouTube is basically an iteration thing. And I love iteration.
5 first clips were dropped out today and one of them peaked to 400 views which make me very happy.
On the other side, it looks like the other ones were shadowbanned... Time to edit hashtags and titles to see if I can change anything and make them explode.
Will be sharing TikTok results as well a bit later when it is 24h since first one went live.
A boring UGC playbook that beats most "growth hacks":
Every time a customer says something nice (comment, DM, review), save it.
Once a week, pick the 3 best ones.
Turn each into a post in their words, not yours. Ask permission first.
Put the best one behind a small ad budget.
Let an agent do steps 1 and 2 for you.
Your customers already write better copy than your team. Just stop ignoring it.
TikTok numbers for the first 5 SF clips 🖇️
3,499 views in the first 24 hours. That's about 700 per clip, which sounds great.
Key data taken out:
91–99% of views came from the For You page, and 97–100% from people who didn't follow me.
Engagement is low but steady: 38 likes, 2 comments, 6 shares, 1 save. That's 1.3% rate on average.
Total new followers: 1. Reach isn't turning into community YET.
The principal pain is retention: Only 17–29% are still there at second 5 and the average watch is about 5 seconds.
The gap between clips is small, so it's not one bad video. My first seconds just aren't hooking anyone.
Before raging on this... it's just 5 clips and one day of data. Four of them went out in the middle of the night Madrid time, and TikTok still hasn't told me where the audience is from.
Next step: 30 more clips scheduled across 4 time slots, starting today at 9:00am. After the first 8–12 I'll know which slots and which kinds of clips work.
Keep you posted 🫡

DMs abiertos 🙌🏻
If you're a busy founder building a brand in 2026, you need a Head of Content.
It's one individual who's responsible to extract all your knowledge, expertise, stories, and experience (both failures and successes) and turn them into content formatted for each platform.
@ryangrowthh did a great job explaining this in depth.
The problem is that it's a hard person to find.
You can't post a job on LinkedIn and expect the right person to apply, because the right person is usually someone who has been following you for a while.
Someone who knows your story, your experience, how you speak, your humour, and most importantly, your lore.
So when you look for one, look for someone who has watched your content for over a year, so they already know YOU.
It is mandatory that they are an expert at AI automations and agents.
That's how one person keeps up with the volume a founder needs.
When you find them, give them a doc with every transcript of you speaking you can get your hands on (or have them extract it for you).
Then share every brand and internal asset you have such as client case studies, your product and offers so they understand the business.
Then give them the first week to go through it all before they touch anything.
Your ideas, expertise, and story remain yours.
What they do is take the friction out between having a thought and getting it out there, and that's what lets you put out way more as a founder.

I have seen this guy doing an all-nighter just to submit this on time.
He deserves support on this thread.
Es un crack.
I've grown many things in my life.
My success case is a personal brand: Morales Basics. 1M+ views a week, 40k+ combined followers.
And now I am scaling social from Zernio: 9 people, $5M+ ARR, 10,000+ paying customers.
I can't code. Everything I know about growth, I learned by posting.
What works for both:
1. People beat brands. Morales Basics grew because there was a person telling stories, not a logo. It is not the same case with Zernio but people is starting to relate company with the team members that create content here.
2. Consistency is boring, but it scales. Nobody hits 1M views a week with one viral post. You get there by posting when you don't feel like it and nobody's watching. I have spent infinite hours creating content for MB, and it paid off. Now I am planning how should I grow more and how to create recurring revenue from the project.
3. One great channel beats ten half-done ones. With Morales Basics I nailed one first, then expanded. Firstly, it was X and then Substack. Instagram and TikTok are something in the background but they motivates me as well.
At Zernio, my bet for 2027 is blowing up X and scaling YouTube. Trust me: I am capable of do it.
4. Build in public. Showing the numbers, the misses and the day-to-day builds more trust than any ad.
5. Surround yourself with people who ship faster than you post. At Morales Basics I already am the bottleneck and I am trying to solve it. Meanwhile, at Zernio, the challenge is keeping up with everything we launch and learn from my colleagues. They are the best inspo source for content.
The main difference is that before I was growing a PERSONAL brand. Now I'm growing the brand of COMPANY that's about to hit it out of the stadium.
Keep you posted 🫡
Pues esta primera tanda la estoy haciendo con Instinct y está funcionando muy bien.
De momento, 5 Shorts y TikTok programados para mañana. Vamos a ver qué tal el resultado e impacto en las visitas de cada canal.
Imagine...
who wants to be a millionaire?
i actually want to know if your account on X is worth $1M

If any agent can clone your product over a weekend, what's left?
Not the code. Not the features. Not even the design.
What's left is distribution: people who already know you, trust you, and see you in their feed every day.
You can't clone that with a prompt - the only you can do is build it with one post at a time.
That's why we're obsessed with one thing at Zernio: letting your product (or your agent) reach customers on every network without months of platform approvals.
Whatever can be copied ends up free. Whatever can't is worth gold.
