I built Hero Forge for the @RialoHQ community.
It reads your server history, join date, message count and roles, and forges it into a full MMORPG character:
> level
> rarity
> stats
> class
> gear grade
your roles become your aura, more roles means a stronger glow
day one members with 40k messages pull mythics with overwhelming auras
lurkers get starter armor
everything is earned
How to forge yours:
1. Open the forge, link in the first reply
2. Enter your username, join date and message count
3. Tick your server roles
4. Hit Forge, get your stats and a ready prompt
5. Paste the prompt into ChatGPT with your current PFP attached
6. Post your hero with QRT and tag @RialoHQ

HOW TO JOIN THE RIALO COMMUNITY PHOTO
1. Upload your PFP as Image 1
2. Upload the community photo from this post as Image 2
3. Copy the prompt below and let the AI do its thing
4. Post your updated photo and QRT the original so we can find you
PROMPT:
Add the character from Image 1 to the existing Rialo Community group illustration in Image 2.
Turn the character into the same South Park-inspired cartoon style as the existing cast while preserving their recognizable features, colors, hairstyle, clothing and accessories.
IMPORTANT:
Keep every existing character exactly as they are
Add exactly ONE new character
Do not remove, duplicate, redesign or reposition anyone
Preserve the background, campfire, snowy town, Rialo Community sign, flag and all existing details
Match the characters' scale, outlines, colors, lighting and shading
Place the new character naturally in an available space without covering anyone

I keep thinking about how weird crypto is
we put dollars, stocks and credit onchain, then build five extra machines just to make sure the chain knows what happened outside its little bubble
@RialoHQ feels different to me
let’s make onchain stuff actually deal with reality
that distinction might matter a lot more than another 100k TPS headline
blockchains are supposed to be smart
but somehow they still need humans
price moves, someone has to feed the chain the data
something happens outside the network, someone has to send a transaction
two chains need to work together, suddenly there is a bridge or an oracle…
if AI agent wants to pay another agent-good luck connecting all the pieces
we call this “programmable money” and then spend half our time programming everything around it
this is what keeps me interested in @RialoHQ
the network can actually react to what is happening
real-world data comes in, conditions get checked, actions happen
and it doesn’t stop at crypto
web2, financial data, other networks, private information, automated workflows
that’s a much bigger idea than “another L1”
I’ve started thinking about Rialo less as a blockchain and more as a way to make onchain systems actually behave like software running in the real world
maybe that’s the part we’ve been missing
not a “best-TPS-baby” blockchain
a blockchain that doesn’t need someone standing behind it, pressing buttons all day
