Siempre me he preguntado por qué el FMI diseñó un programa económico tan fuerte para el Ecuador. Ni siquiera Argentina tuvo un programa así. Tampoco ningún país del África. Creo que Ecuador es un laboratorio para el FMI. Es una pena que pocas personas se interesen por eso.
