Despite Residents objections an illegal unnamed structure is built on BMC's amenity space
🚩NO FIRE DEPARTMENT NOC.
🚩Layout Plan not approved by BMC and Fire Department.
🚩 NO IOD and NO commencement certificate from @mybmc.
As per DCR rules any structure built without prior approval of the layout plan from BMC and fire department is illegal.
No open spaces are left on the three sides of the building, and the structure is built on the boundary wall of the adjacent society.
Location: CTS 18B, next to woodland hsg society, Vijay fire road, Chandivali.
Residents demand a children's playground in this open space.

The Siddhivinayak temple is one of the richest in the country today -- why @mybmc funds? This is brazen fraud. The Temple has enough money for its own beautification, rejuvenation and should be spending to ensure the area around it is clean, hawker free, with smooth traffic movement. They have already swallowed a public road!
The BMC has decided to spend ₹500 crores for 'rejuvenation and beautification project' for Shri Siddhivinayak Temple complex.
The project has drawn sharp criticism and activists have called it a misuse of public funds.
Local activists have said that the unnecessary expenditures of the taxpayers' money serves the interest of the temple trust and not the local community.
Some of the trustees / members of the temple trust have also objected to this plan and said that the "Beautification was never requested by the trust." Temple members also said that they were never given any details about this beautification project.

Just politely suggested that one of my most support intensive users find an alternative.
They’ve generated $50k in sales this year, and paid me $230 in fees (0.4%) but complain every few days about the most mundane things.
This time they complained that their cart abandonment rate has gone up over Xmas so “clearly Shoprocket has problems”
Last week the complaint was that PayPal kept putting a hold on their funds, so clearly Shoprocket has problems.
So many hours spent pandering to this user, but they’re never satisfied.
For your own sanity, don’t do it.
