Chigisoft

Here, let me give you something to celebrate. Thank God for the internet in Nigeria where everyone, young and old now have access to the global marketplace. You have the freedom to access this marketplace, you have to maximise that freedom. Look beyond your locality and offer your solution. If there are people who pay you in your community, fact is, there are others in foreign communities who face similar problems and will pay a lot more. It's time you learnt how to reach them. Join the @Chigisof Partner Program. Cheers to your independence. Happy 64th, Nigeria!

Being a retired but active software engineer, I learn new things from the superstar engineers at @chigisoft a lot. I wanted to use a feature we had on one of our apps sometime last week only to discover the feature was no longer there. I queried the engineers immediately why I couldn't find that feature only to be told that they anticipated a problem that could occur due to how the feature was implemented. So they had to drop it from production while they figured out the best way to add it back. Note this. The problem had yet to occur with any user. The feature worked flawlessly (in my opinion) because I'd used it before. However, these know-it-alls were telling me that there's an impending vulnerability with the feature even when it is yet to happen. I gave up at this point because I believe that when you hire smart people for a job, give them the required resources and GET OUT OF THEIR WAY.

See you in Port Harcourt tomorrow at the TechUp Port Harcourt - Season 4 event. Connect with my brands — @Chigisoft, @dumocloud, and another one to be revealed by Emeka Nobis. The @HarvoxxH team are taking it to another level. Don’t miss it.

On this journey, we have spent over a year building a product that should have taken 3-4 months simply because some processes were neglected. No, we didn't have it all figured out from the beginning. Fast-forward to the present (Ongoing 3+ years), we have deployed enterprise solutions in as little as 4 weeks. We have launched MVPs for startups in less than a week. What changed? People, processes and thought patterns. We have been doing this over and over again to mastery. That agency asking you to pay for a discovery session for your new app project is doing you a favour. They are simply saying, 'Come, let us PLAN your project from start to finish for a better outlook'. No one starts building a house without first counting the cost, making a building plan, clearing the bush e.t.c. These activities cost money as you know, however, if neglected, you'd be wasting even more money and time, building blindly. Work with technology partners like @Chigisoft to build right.
