ลมโพร้ (late reply)

The last mission in TYBW was a retelling of the first time Rukia was meant to be assassinated, when Renji was talking with Byakuya about her assassination and bringing her back. But now, Byakuya tells Soi Fon that Rukia and the others (Renji and Ichika) rarely get time off, so he’ll handle it himself. The same running framing was used for Byakuya and the second Shinigami who brings him the report in the final chapter, mirroring Byakuya and Renji’s run on the cover page of the first arc. Soi Fon, the leader of the Assassination Corps, also ties into the assassination theme of that first arc page.
