As a survivor of abuse connected with St John Ambulance, I welcome Taoiseach Micheál Martin's reported willingness to meet an Epstein survivor and consider an inquiry. But where was that willingness for us? The Shannon Review did not go far enough, and survivors have been calling for a full independent inquiry and meaningful engagement for years. Every survivor deserves to be heard equally.

It was good to catch up with @ciaran69 in Amsterdam this morning. He was my mental health nurse consultant when I was homeless in Dublin. When every service seemed to give up on me, his team stepped up and helped me break out of that vicious cycle of homelessness in Ireland.

Dublin camogie captain Aisling Maher penned an important statement on her instagram page after today's skorts protest before Dublin and Kilkenny contested the Leinster semifinal.
Both teams togged out in shorts only to be told by officials the match would be abandoned if they didn't switch into a mandated skort.
Maher called it a "career low" and asked why camogie players are still asked to wear something "uncomfortable and unfit for purpose"
