$TSLA (July 2, 2206-daily chart update) TSLA has formed a clear W-shaped bottom (double bottom), which I highlighted in Panel 1. The momentum bars at $380, $392, and $410 acted as the final reliable buy signals and have now flipped into support levels. A big move is likely once TSLA clears the key resistance zone at $453–$454. Congratulations to all $TSLA shareholders — including myself.

I honestly find it hilarious here in Germany how many people have stickers like this on their Teslas "I bought this before Elon went crazy" Elon was always crazy, that is why you are driving his car in Germany, even though everyone told him it would not work, and he never gave up. I saw someone who had "F Elon" on his new Model Y. So you hate Elon so much, but you know his cars are the best cars to buy in Germany? That to me is crazy. So if everyone is crazy, and these people all call Elon crazy... Maybe it is not Elon that is the problem or the crazy one? Germans are not thankful enough for Elon 💔

I am a huge admirer of Nvidia and Jensen btw. That market cap is well-deserved. SpaceX AI and Tesla expect to continue ordering Nvidia chips at scale.

Nebius and @NVIDIA today announced a strategic partnership to develop and deploy next-gen of hyperscale cloud for AI. NVIDIA will invest $2B in Nebius and support our adoption of NVIDIA accelerated compute, enabling us to deploy more than 5 gigawatts by YE2030.

The market feels so inefficient right now. All the "AI winners" trade in line as a group; same for those stocks supposedly disrupted by AI. It's indiscriminate buying and selling fueled by emotion and momentum. Reminds me of Covid when all the "stay at home" stocks traded as a group and all the "real world" stocks did the inverse. Once in a while, the market becomes susceptible to narratives (even crazy narratives) and people extrapolate too far; i.e. we won't need any physical stores, we won't need in person meetings; there will be no more need for human labor (2026 trumping 2020 by removing not just human meetings, but humans altogether). The market is very vulnerable to inefficiencies when these narratives are given even some credibility. They often occur at big inflection points, although I have no idea which direction the stock market will go next. But I am pretty convinced this is one of those times when it is ripe for inefficiency.

why I think $NVDA is getting hit today: - simple answer is we have a ton of options expiring tomorrow and the Jane Streets of the world are doing what they do best - market still is lacking confidence in capex cycle…Jensen spent a decent chunk of time explaining that the reason hyperscalers will keep paying is because their operating cash flows are going up. more tokens, more revenue, more compute. cycle continues to eventually trillions per year on spend…but market continues to be doubtful. - the incremental new buyer for $NVDA is lacking, retail owns it, tutes own it, who’s next to own it at these levels is the question - broader macro might still be ugly with Iran War threats…could be holding back the entire market - some have brought up accounting issues and “cooking the books,” my response is that id trust Nvidia’s mgmt team over people scrolling through the 10K looking for a red flag, if the books are being cooked for a $4T company then I will hold that L…but I am a bit skeptical i bought more today. story is simple: more compute is needed across every sector of life. Nvidia supplies it at 75% margins and is reaccelerating that growth. trading at 15x 2027 EPS forecasts now, just not that scary to buy more here. $NVDA -4%

Quality of life improvement
Elon Musk: “My last words would be: I would encourage everyone to be optimistic and excited about the future. For quality of life, it’s better to err on the side of being an optimist and wrong rather than a pessimist and right.”

In November, $ALAB was expected to report June revenue of $142.3M. Through a series of revenue revisions, analysts had the number pegged at $172.4M going into earnings this evening. Analysts simply can't keep up. $ALAB reported $191.9M in revenue or nearly $50M higher and 35% higher than expected six months ago.

Over the past 9+ years, I’ve had the immense privilege to work with some of the most brilliant minds in AI & engineering. I’ve built friendships that will last a lifetime. This week, I’ve had to make the most difficult decision of my life and will be moving out of my position. I’ve been far away from home for too long, and will need to spend more time with family abroad. I want to make it clear that this is the only reason, and has absolutely nothing to do with anything else. My support for @elonmusk and the team is ironclad - Tesla team forever. Joining Tesla in 2016 as an engineer in the core Autopilot team and then leading a part of it over the years under Elon was already more than I could have hoped for. I’ll never forget the countless hardcore debugging sessions deep into the night with my awesome colleagues, through successive generations of Autopilot computers and related software stacks, which we’ve shipped to so many people around the world. The product has become so much more since then, and I honestly can’t drive much without it anymore. It will soon catch the world off-guard and will change the way people commute, at scale. The transition to build & lead the Optimus group early 2022, when we had nothing but a couple Kuka arms arranged upside-down, was of another level for me. We had to build an entire platform: hardware & software all at once. And this amazing team did it. They did it, I didn’t. It’s been so humbling to work with such talented people, and I’ve got entire faith in them pushing Optimus to the next level, together with the broader Tesla AI / engineering & production teams. My departure now will not change a thing. I want to thank my colleagues @aelluswamy and @srihari__ , who’ve been of a tremendous support over the many years we’ve worked together. But also all the outstanding leaders, engineers, recruiters, technicians, operators, HR partners and everyone I’ve been blessed to share a part of my life with. Most importantly, I want to thank @elonmusk from the bottom of my heart for his trust and teachings over the decade we’ve worked together. Elon, you’ve taught me to discern signal from noise, hardcore resilience, and many fundamental principles of engineering. I am forever grateful. Tesla will win, I guarantee you that.
