Yesterday I took Simon & Dave on a tour to find the '7 Noses of Soho' and from clambering around a building site at Admiralty Arch to criss crossing Soho like a drunken tourist, we found them all. Lots of laughs along the way, it was delightful way to spend an afternoon.

I’ll Follow The Sun is far from my favourite Fabs songs but awhile ago I head it while walking along the path of the Grand Union Canal and for a brief moment it was the most perfect song ever .Half hour later it was 505 by The Arctic Monkeys that blew me away. I’m easily swayed.
