We recognise that while the responsibility to protect our climate and commons is shared, our histories and contemporary contexts depending on where one is in the world are different. Therefore, our future will also be distinct.

3.⁠ ⁠Future(s): Just as we don’t flatten realities, we don’t homogenise the future. We see the future as a deeply connected labyrinth of futures.

We believe there are many ways to conduct and embody leadership. Our role is to accompany peoples as they discover their own unique path, persona and profound ways of responding to the grassroots realities they live and work in 🚣‍♀️

2.⁠ ⁠Uniqueness: Leadership as leadership(s) is at the core of our methodology. We recognise that sometimes when we flatten realities, we are left with solutions that are unable to respond to the diverse contexts in which they operate.

1.⁠ ⁠CLI is not meant for building just strong leadership, our aim is to support leaders in building lasting shared practices and communities. Through long-term accompaniment, care, collaboration and knowledge exchange 🙌
