Just called @PayPal for "support". £165 taken without me completing a transaction. It took 35 minutes for them to decide yes, it does exist and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get MY money back that I didn't even approve. God knows how much the phone call cost.

2/2 I told him that was way over budget. The salesman immediately changed the price to £1,300. Imagine if I was a vulnerable person and just accepted the original price? The salesman actually told me they worked with trading standards! Customer lost!
