Not happy with @JetBlue. Your flight delays and itinerary changes resulted in lost seat selections, forcing my wife, 13YO twins and I to all sit apart from one another for the flight home after my dad's funeral. I shouldn't be required to pay 4x$199 for changes on your part.
Items of value go in carry-ons or not at all. Computers in checked bags aren't safe. I thought #JetBlue would be different than other lines.
Sad that air travel now has the expectation that possessions with be rummaged through/stolen by baggage handlers and/or TSA, despite locks.
The zipper pull was cut to defeat the lock & the tablet case moved from the bottom to the top of the suitcase. TSA lock was not opened. 2/2
I hope my luggage makes it to BOS unmolested, unlike my last @JetBlue flight to LAX on Thursday. I had a tablet case in my suitcase. 1/2
