The reason why ordinals took off hard before the last bull market is because they were truly on chain. They are beautiful and will always have a place in my heart.

1. 2017 was the ico cycle
2. 2020 was defi summer
3. 2021 was the nft cycle
4. 2024 was the memecoin cycle
