@Postmates_Help Ordered at 1226 w/an est. arrival of 1310.At 1247 Robert p/u my order but “Robert has some stops along the way” Y? 1307 my est arrival is 1315 but “Robert has one stop along the way." Y? 1309 “Robert is headed to you now."
@CarolBTome I went on ups . com and requested that this be (re)DELIVERED to the original address and then I was informed that I would be expected to pay a $14.99 RE- delivery charge. I DON'T THINK SO! I have done nothing wrong.
But for the actions of a lazy driver that lied on 9/25, this entire situation never would have happened. Please let's not forget that your driver lied when he officially reported that "delivery attempted" on 9/25.
