The WCSD Food Cupboard provides food for families in our school district who are in need.
We will have donation boxes during all preseason skates leading up to tryouts (11/2, 11/4, 11/9, 11/11 & 11/13). We are asking for help in replenishing the cupboard with needed items

What if one of education’s biggest problems isn’t teachers, curriculum, or funding?
Kids are getting less sleep, while anxiety, behavior problems, and academic struggles are rising.
Sleep matters.

Cook at home more. Cook to know what's in your food. Cook to slow down. Cook for the people you love. Cook to save money. Cook to eat real ingredients. Cook to break up with the food industry. Your kitchen is the most powerful pharmacy you have.

Most youth kids cannot body weight squat 10 reps with ideal form. Push ups/? It’s even worse. Skipping? Don’t get me started.
BASIC physical literacy/proficiency is becoming a rare commodity.
Trust me… your 8-12 year old athlete does not need “enter sport” specific program/training.
