Loyal assistant coaches matter more than most people realize. They support the vision. They protect the culture. They tell you the truth. Great programs aren’t built by one coach. They’re built by a loyal staff that pulls in the same direction.

The weight room is the most influential room in a school. It’s not a place to hang out — it’s a classroom. A place where habits are built, standards are set, and character is developed.

Dan Campbell said, " You can’t just say we’re going to believe and not put the work in." "I think the belief comes from the work you put in and doing all the little things right." Your self-belief comes from action. It comes from doing the work.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in coaching, especially S&C If it’s not their responsibility, equipment, or space. Nobody will care about it.

2 things that S&C Coaches love more than anything in the world 1. Caffeine 2. Organized Weight room.

The weight room is biased. It only rewards those that work. And it will see right through someone who isn’t willing to do it. It’s a truth teller. You can’t fool it.

The weight room is not just about getting stronger. It is about getting tougher, more disciplined, and more committed to the team around you. Preparation transforms you. It not only transforms your body but your mind.
