#KierenHawken is unfamiliar with the term "salary". It's not surprising seeing as he's unemployable and has been for decades!
I assume it was to try and throw people off his trail. "He wrote England so it can't be him". Just like how he used to deliberately mis-spell his name when he woukd say "I'm not Kieron" or "Who's Keiran" etc.
Either that or he's going mad!
