That's exactly how our department viewed DEI. As an umbrella to help everyone succeed. Many times students (not just white men) from small, rural schools are behind their peers from large, urban high schools. They need help to level the playing field.

The Biden Administration is marking Easter Sunday with a “Transgender Day of Visibility.” This is not a coincidence. It’s clear this Administration has so much contempt for Christians & people of faith — what a slap in the face.
