basically free millions of dollars here for the right person
I need someone to help me just spit out eCom Brands with StefanBrain. Not the marketing part. Just the 10% I don’t want to do. Which means: finding products (on-demand/drop-shipping) - I will give direction or even pick products, but you need to confirm there’s enough inventory, ship times, etc. Setting up integrations with Shopify. Getting additional ad accounts as we need them. Keeping an eye on ad accounts. Setting up email flows/SMS flows and keeping an eye on them. Etc. I’ll handle basically all of the marketing and creative assets via StefanBrain. If you end up wanting to cook with SB too to make things go faster/scale more, fine with me. Brand(s) will be StefanBrain owned. 20% profit share to you out the gate. Room for additional growth opportunities as well. If you’re interested - hmu and let me know why you’re a good fit. P.S. You gotta be a beast with AI already. You have to move super fast. You need lots of technical competence. You need to be really smart. Experience as an eCom Operator strongly preferred.

It very well may not be a fit for you. But a person would do this because, I would argue, an equally hard part of ecom is: 1) having money to scale (I have lots of it), 2) having killer creatives, ads, and assets (I have/create with SB), 3) speed (I can literally pump out 10-100x volume of the creatives, ads, assets), 4) operations (I am better at operating and scaling businesses than 99% of people in the world). 4) Not sure how to qualify this, but I literally am inside businesses spending $440M+ per month. I help and advise them. I know exactly what works, and what doesn't. 5) Track-record. I have sold over a billion dollars of stuf through my own businesses. At this point I have helped other businesses sell $10B + in the last 6 years. I am the Alpha and the Omega here. 6) Team. In addition to me, this is being run through StefanBrain which means you've got our entire cracked team invested in this and ensuring it succeeds. Meanwhile, you get 20% for basically just doing what I ask you to do. I find a product and have you work with the vendor to confirm it's good. You make sure Shopify is set up. You setup SMS/EMS. Personally don't think any of that is particularly hard. I just don't have the time to do it.

there’s Opus engineers and then a whole lot of Haiku engineers out there
If AI had been writing and reviewing its own code for the past few decades, and humans had only recently started looking into what it was up to and discovered an ever-growing list of CVEs, we would reasonably conclude that AI hadn’t been good at coding all along and that we should just start over. Except it’s the other way around. Humans have been the ones writing and reviewing each other’s code for decades. Very diligently, if I may add. If we’re being intellectually honest and holding ourselves to the same bar we hold AI to, we’d have to admit that we haven’t been all that good at it either.

"anything running 30+ days is a winner. nobody keeps paying for an ad that loses"
cancel your ad spy tool foreplay, atria, motion. $50 to $250+ a month to look at ads that are public in the meta ad library for free build your own in an afternoon 1. list your competitors. have claude find more with exa 2. pull every active ad from the meta ad library, google ads transparency center and linkedin ad library with scrapecreators 3. save the images and videos to s3 4. have gemini flash watch every ad and tag the hook, angle, offer, format and how long it's been running 5. write all of it to postgres 6. anything running 30+ days is a winner. nobody keeps paying for an ad that loses 7. cron it weekly so new ads land every monday 8. ask claude code "what angles are 3 competitors running that we aren't" and make those ads with gpt image 2 the ads are free to look at. you're paying for a search bar get started for free - graphed.com/platform?utm_sou…

do i have any cool and fun and cracked engineers on here that want to come solve marketing at stefanbrain dot com? for context we're growing like 60% MoM or something like that, and have generated the brands that use us 8 figures+ in attributable rev SB users get back $10-30 on average from how much they spend on SB ($499/$999 plans) marketing will basically be solved within the next 6 months by us and if you want to help us do that (and more) hit the DMs PS if you DM me with less than 4k contributions past year I will be annoyed and ask you why

Andrej Karpathy's creation of the word "vibe coding" has done immense damage to the non-engineers perception of using AI in a coding setting
