Terrible #CustomerService from @OldhamCouncil council tax 'helpline'. Needed to wait on phone for 2 hours 15 mins (!!) for a simple query...and no the website couldn't answer my question. Must do better. What do you think??

Hey @WiganCouncil can you help? Here’s pics of me, wife and youngest helping at the @Wigan10K water station. Spent ages cleaning up the rubbish - a great morning, love helping at the town’s showcase event. Our reward? A £100 fine for parking for over 3 hours at Robin Park!!!
