Instead, we supported our young people to run open to all events in the theme of connection (one of our values) with conversations focussing on individuals connection to a place. Small business were invited and there were no suits and clipboards in sight! collaborativefuture.co.uk/bl…

There's a fantastic exercise @actbuildchange introduced us to which is about drawing your journey/experience using shapes only, then taking turns to share the story, with others listening actively. We've used it so, so many times with our own team and with clients since!

The character limit has us beat here! We'll pop pictures instead.. Our 3rd cohort of young people and supporters at a celebration event in 2021.. two of which sit on our board and many of which have become valued friends.
