My grandmotherโs baby sister died last night.
Just like that, an entire generation of my family - a generation that shaped me into the person I am today - is gone.
Somewhere, theyโre drinking coffee, catching up, and laughing hysterically.
I will miss them a lot.
Conversation that just happened:
โSuperman weaknesses make great band names. โRed Solar Radiation,โ โKryptonite poisoning,โ โKandorian Daydreams.โโ
โThat last one isnโt a Superman thing.โ
"Don't worry about it. I'd go to that concert."
What is pornography?
What is Oklahoma?
What is Superintendent Ryan Walters?

Both books contain written content concerning sexual assault and child molestation. Said content is written in a manner intended to be traumatic towards the characters, rather than pornographic.

5 months ago Patrick Harpin walked into @wbpictures @DCofficial and pitched a ๐๐ข๐ต๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ ๐๐ฆ๐บ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ Animated Feature.
Before we pitched, they warned us "there is absolutely no way we can do a ๐๐ฆ๐บ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ movie", but they loved our enthusiasm. We pitched the outline for the entire film, and what started as a 'never' turned into a 'maybe'.
In the time since, we've been pitching our way up the company hoping to get to @jamesgunn. But for now, here's a taste of what we've been cooking.

This happened in my hometown and I am an alumnus of OHSโฆ I am thoroughly disgusted.
Oklahoma, fucking do better. A child is dead on our watch. No matter your politics, this is unacceptable.
A child has now died.
Nex Benedict (they/them) was a nonbinary child. They were beaten, viciously in a high school bathroom of Owasso High School. They died the next day in the hospital.
Ryan Walters' rhetoric is contributing.
