WEEK 8 HEAD COACH TIER LIST:
OBSERVATIONS:
-Panthers/Packers: Panthers look unimpressive as hell against the Packers but luckily they fired Ejiro Evero as the DC, had to move Matt LaFleur to good after that
-Ravens/Bills: The Ravens qb room is a hospital with Lamar hurt, Snoop Huntley out for the season, and even Lou Fangano being injured, the Ravens don't really have a qb and for that, Minter got to suffer. Nice win for the Bills, Joe Brady is in Elite Tier
-Titans/Bengals: that was a crazy high scoring game that came out of nowhere and Cam Ward was balling which is impressive but of course Joe Burrow and Tee Higgins/Ja'Marr Chase are unstoppable for 6 TDs and 3 INTs. Saleh still remains Hot Seat even though the team had quite a performance, Zac Taylor remains Good
-Cardinals/Cowboys: LMFAOOOOOO! COWBOYS CHOKED AWAY THE LAST 30 SECONDS TO THE CARDINALS FORCING OT?! AND THEN RYLAND KICKS THE GAME WINNER! LMAO. For those reasons, Schottenheimer is now in the Hot Seat but Mike LaFleur remains mid.
Vikings/Lions: The 1972 Dolphins are popping open their champagne and KOC is secretly on Hot Seat with Brian Flores being the one to bail him out from that mid ass offense that relies mostly on Justin Jefferson's acrobatics. For Dan Campbell, congratulations on beating those 6-0 frauds, you are in Elite tier.
-Colts/Jaguars: BELT TO FUCKING ASS! Steichen is officially in Super Duper Mega Hot Seat while Liam Coen and the Jags 12th straight win against the Colts in Jacksonville gets put in Elite tier.
-Raiders/Jets: Raiders finally won after 4 straight losses but Klint Kubiak remains mid however Defensive Guru Aaron Glenn can't win a game when it matters so he's still in Super Duper Mega Hot Seat
-Browns/Steelers: Steelers got the win they needed over Diddy Watson and the Browns, Mike McCarthy remains good and Steelers could potentially win the AFC North meanwhile Todd Monken is back to Mid and Diddy Watson doesn't start next week
-Falcons/Bucs: LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUCKING CLOWNSHOW OF THE WEEK: CAN BOTH COACHES BE FIRED?! BUCS WON DESPITE BAKER MAYFIELD BEING 0/3 AND 0 YARDS PASSING AND WON 16-0 BECAUSE MICHAEL PENIX SLAMMED HIS PENIX ON THE CAR DOOR! WITH THAT, STEFANSKI IS PROBABLY HOT SEAT AND CONGRATULATIONS FOR SAVING TODD BOWLES JOB IDIOTS! LMAO
-Chargers/Rams: Jim Harbaugh is officially on Super Duper Mega Hot Seat along with his OC Mike McDaniel, why the hell will you keep him? Meanwhile, Sean McVay got his 2nd straight win and now the Rams are 4-4 and look back on track so putting McVay in Good tier.
-Patriots/Dolphins: Dolphins looks like they would beat the Pats but Malik Willis had to throw a costly pick causing the Pats to take the lead. Vrabel is still Good while Jeff Hafley is on the Hot Seat
-Chiefs/Broncos: Broncos 4th quarter trap card prevails once again! Chiefs were up 24-13 and then Bo Nix gets lucky with 2 straight touchdowns and beat the Chiefs getting revenge from Week 1. With that, Andy Reid moved back to Good while also meaning he's keeping Harrison Butker at kicker (Why?) but I'm not fan of Sean Payton calling plays so he remains in Good tier.
-Eagles/Commanders: This game really really sucked, I never even bothered watching it. However, Dan Quinn's ass got saved since the Eagles choked away a 10-0 lead and they no longer have Tanner McKee starting. Both Sirianni and Quinn on Hot Seat.
-Bears/Seahawks: What the hell happened to the Seahawks? Are they suffering from the same effect Eagles had winning Super Bowl 59? Well Brian Fleury is now the new Kevin Patullo. But great game by the Bears, I'm moving Ben Johnson to potential COTY while moving Mike MacDonald back to Good tier. Also Drew Lock is starting for the Seahawks next week.

Sorry for the delay, I was on a road trip in SoCal so wasn't able to watch most of the games
OBSERVATIONS:
-Dan Quinn needs to be fired now!
-Aaron Glenn needs to be fired by Jets bye week
-WTF was that Bucs/Panthers game in which the Bucs played like Baker Mayfield was elite and Panthers are playing like frauds? Had to move Todd Bowles to Hot Seat even though he should be fired by midseason
-Since Chris Ballard got fired as GM, Shane Steichen will likely be fired by the end of the season because the Colts are blowing it up losing Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner to NFC West teams
-Saints game in Paris was a disaster for Kellen Moore that he is now probably hot seat
-Sirianni is an epic disaster in a joke of the NFC East
-The Chiefs lost overwhelmingly to the Seahawks so moved Reid to Good and McDonald up to Elite
-Packers/Lions was a massive shitshow in terms of refball that I have to keep Matt LaFleur's and Dan Campbell's positions the same

They sent me a very helpful guide as to what their spam policy is, despite NEVER TELLING ME SPECIFICALLY WHAT I DID OR HOW I BROKE IT, and despite me literally repeating their spam policy to them and going prong by prong about it
I have no idea what to do at this point besides the lawsuit. I’m at a loss. My life is over

Update on where things stand with @TeamYouTube and their wrongful termination of my channel
I, along with my lawyer, have officially submitted legal documentation over to Google, including a hold for litigation letter
I cannot divulge specifics, but at this point, seeing as @TeamYouTube has me going in circles and seems unwilling to offer further support to reinstate my channel, we are going through with legal action
The legal action will continue regardless of whether or not the channel is reinstated
I will continue to raise hell on here, because that seems to be the only way creators have been able to get anything overturned. I appreciate all of you guys in helping me fight this and appreciate all of your support
I have received 4 messages from @TeamYouTube in the last 24 hours after my appeal was denied

Update: it has been 18 hours since @TeamYouTube decided to terminate my channel for, quite literally, no reason, without telling me what I did or how I violated their policies, without any prior infractions
Since then, the only contact I have received has been messages saying they’re looking into it, all while getting contradicting emails saying that the case is closed and I cannot apply for reinstatement for a whole year
The lack of communication is appalling. The fact that something like this can happen is scary
I have already begun the process of filing suit against YouTube, and have spent my night, instead of streaming and trying to grow my audience and interact with people, drafting up a lawsuit, explaining how YouTube violated the contract that I signed by joining the Partner Program, and saying the wages that I lost out on as a result of their decision, seeing as speculative damages can be awarded if you have a clear baseline of what you would’ve made
Regardless of what happens the rest of the way, the suit is going to be filed, and I am prepared to go through the process, however long and expensive it may be, not just for myself, but as precedent to other creators
If, by some miracle, I get my channel back for Saturday, we’re going to be calling the Utah/BYU game, the LSU/Alabama game, and the Georgia/Ole Miss game, with bonus coverage afterward of UNLV/Wyoming
Quite frankly, I’m depressed right now. I’ve built this channel for years. I’ve played by the rules. This is my livelihood. This is my dream. And overnight, without any warning or explanation, YouTube has not only taken it away from me, but has given me no explanation as to why, and denied my appeal despite me being in complete compliance with the nine prongs of their own scam/deceptive practices/spam policy, all while hundreds of bad actors continue to roam the platform free

I have no idea why that was the case but I have a stream planned in 7 hours and request an expedited review
My channel is in full compliance. There is no spam. I give commentary on sporting events and make videos about the history of the NFL
This is my full time job and I have been in compliance with policies since day 1. I have no idea what triggered this or if this is a targeted attack on me but I need my channel back. This is the third time in the last year that your automated system flagged me for spam and deceptive practices even though my channel is literally just me on camera commentating the game
I will pursue further legal action if I cannot get my channel back in the appropriate time
